I am humbly pleased to report that Dickstein Real Estate Services has this year celebrated 30 years representing tenants and buyers in the Garden State. In a State like New Jersey where more than 90 percent of businesses fail in the first two seasons, we are rather proud of our success and our steadfast commitment to helping our tenant/clients to leverage a better deal when renewing the lease or relocating the office.

It turns out that being a tenant advisor today is rather unique.  We tenant reps, unlike the majority of full service brokers, have no conflicts of interest.  We only represent tenants and buyers in negotiations for office and industrial space, and NEVER represent Landlords.

Why does this make such a difference?  Since Covid, New Jersey has lost more the 20 percent of its office space leading to a consolidation of the surviving office properties.

From our unique vantage point, we are able to show our clients ways to create flexible lease terms in the face of long term lease commitments at properties with financially stable Landlords.   For short term tenants, we are able to focus on finding that needle in a haystack property where an existing office space can be adapted with little or no renovation required.

If you would like to find options available for your business in 2026, whether you just want to understand how much space you really need or whether you are seeking to understand the real world of options in the market, why not give us a call to schedule a confidential appointment and learn why at Dickstein Real Estate Services, OUR DIFFERENCE IS YOUR ADVANTAGE.

Regards,

Lawrence Dickstein
