Mr. Dickstein currently serves on the board of directors of the Bedrock Clinic, a non profit organization helping autistic children to learn to function in the real world. Mr. Dickstein’s previous positions included tenures as Real Estate Broker/Consultant for Joseph Hilton and Associates, Vice President, Lehman Brothers, Director of Real Estate Planning and Acquisitions for Merrill Lynch &

holds a Real Estate Brokerage License in the State of New Jersey and has earned a Masters in Business Administration from
