Lawrence Dickstein is President and CEO of Dickstein Real Estate Services. Mr. Dickstein founded the firm in 1995, following a nearly 20 year career as a real estate broker and real estate executive for major Fortune 500 companies. Dickstein Real Estate Services represents clients ranging from private investors and entrepreneur firms to Fortune 500 companies in their commercial real estate matters.
Mr. Dickstein’s previous positions included tenures as Real Estate Broker/Consultant for Joseph Hilton and Associates, Vice President, Lehman Brothers, Director of Real Estate Planning and Acquisitions for Merrill Lynch & Co., Real Estate Negotiator for Prudential Securities and Lease Analyst for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.
Mr. Dickstein holds a Real Estate Brokerage License in the State of New Jersey and has earned a Masters in Business Administration from Fordham University, majoring in Real Estate Finance and Management. Mr. Dickstein is the author of The Complete Survival Guide To Negotiating An Office Lease (Secrets Your Landlord Doesn’t Want You To Know).
